Associate, Client Service

Invisor is an innovative and growing financial services company that provides online investment management, insurance, and financial planning solutions to Canadians. We are currently seeking an Associate, Client Service in Oakville, Ontario.


The Job:


As one of the first and most important points of contact for our clients, you will provide timely and accurate responses to incoming telephone, email, written, and online questions about our services.


You will help the Portfolio Managers guide clients through account openings and will be responsible for ensuring all of the documentation required to open and fund their accounts is received and processed in a timely manner. 


You will also support the company’s growth by assisting our marketing team and external agencies to implement Invisor’s marketing strategies.


What we are looking for:


Someone with a Post-secondary education in business, financial services, or another relevant field.


Someone with customer service experience, ideally in a financial services environment. Or, if you have other experience in customer service that you think would be a good fit, tell us more.


Some knowledge of financial products, and an interest to learn more.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Someone with A LOT of attention to detail, high energy, and willingness to learn.

Marketing and Social Media Associate

Who we are


At Invisor, we provide online investment advice, financial planning, and insurance solutions to Canadians. As we grow our team, we’re looking for a Marketing and Social Media Associate to work with us in Oakville, Ontario. The right candidate will be part of an exciting, fast-paced start-up, helping us implement our marketing and social media strategies.


If you’re passionate about digital marketing, have a knack for creating strong social messages, are excited by new ways of doing things, and are looking for a position that allows you to grow and have fun at work, this might be the job for you.


What you’ll be doing


As Marketing and Social Media Associate, you’ll have the chance to get your hands into various aspects of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, content creation, paid advertising, SEO, and more.


You’ll be working with our Marketing team to create and implement the following strategies to help Invisor increase revenue, maintain a strong brand image, and drive conversions:


  • Social media management
  • Content creation, blog writing, and the occasional video edit
  • Copywriting
  • Email marketing
  • Search engine optimization and keyword implementation
  • Social and PPC advertising campaigns
  • Coordination of various marketing activities, as needed


You’ll work with our marketing team to measure and monitor online activity, create social posts, campaigns, and content that inspire conversions, and maintain the Invisor brand throughout all marketing initiatives. We’ll ask you for feedback on social and digital marketing campaigns and how they can be improved, and you’ll get to work with a team that’s constantly growing, learning from each other, and working together to create strategies that drive sales.


As part of the marketing team, you’ll ensure all tactics are of the highest quality and accurately represent the Invisor brand.


What you’ll need


  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Media Studies, Communications, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in messaging and content based marketing, including press releases, blogs, social media, and targeted email marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of, and experience using, social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to write for various audiences
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and tools


Other (nice to have) skills:

  • Experience in marketing in financial services, including investments and insurance
